How Dec Tablet works
Dec Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Guaifenesin, Diethylcarbamazine and Chlorpheniramine Maleate which treat parasitic infections. Diethylcarbamazine is an antiparasitic medicine which works by decreasing the muscular activity and causing paralysis of the worms. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which decreases the raised eosinophil count (white blood cells) and controls allergic symptoms like cough and breathlessness.
