Directions For Use:

• 3 g of Travancore Ayurveda Ayush Kwath should be added to 150 ml of boiling water or as directed by the physician

• 1 tablespoon (10gm) of Travancore Ayurveda Chyavanaprash morning and night with lukewarm milk/water after food or as directed by the physician

• 2 drops in each nostril or as directed by the physician

• Travancore Ayurveda Amruth Vati recommended dose is 1-2 tablets twice daily with water or as directed by the physician
