Brushing twice a day provides protection from tooth sensitivity.

Direction For Use:

• Use as your regular toothpaste

• Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush

• Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day, and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by the dentist

• Make sure to brush all the sensitive areas of the teeth, first squeeze a pea-sized amount on a clean fingertip and gently rub on the base of the sensitive teeth for 1 minute

• Minimize swallowing, spit out after brushing
