Natures Only Biosenna. Sennosides 7.5 mg Tablet is made of biosenna which contains hydroxyanthracene glycosides known as sennosides. These sennosides stimulate colon activity and thus have a laxative effect. These glycosides also increase the fluid secretion by colon thereby softening stool and increasing its bulk.
