Directions For Use:
Apply the gel on the fingertip and spread a thin layer around the joint. The gel should be applied evenly at the sides and back of the joint. Once the gel is applied, do not rub and leave it to dry for 1 minute. Apply twice daily in the morning and evening to achieve optimum effect. Recommended usage: The gel should be applied twice a day, in the morning and evening around the joint. It should not be rubbed into the skin and should be allowed to dry completely.
