Useless product. Its only sweet water nothing else It has no medicinal content. I was using kanakasav of a different brand very effective in breathing difficulty but bought this brand assuming it might be a good brand. But i repent a lot. I was at fault. It did no relief at all and proved to a sweet water

For effectiveness you will have to wait as I'm taking it just 1 day back Elastic bottle is not good for health also the price is bit higher compared to other brands.
