Directions For Use:
Use about 18 inches of the floss
Wind around your middle finger leaving 4 inches between both hands
Gently slide the floss between the teeth
Rub the floss in a 'C' shape against the side of the teeth
Move in up and down position
Don't floss behind the back teeth
