Directions for Use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly

• Sterilize the feeding bowl and spoon by boiling in water for 10 minutes

• Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and leave it till lukewarm

• Pour correct amount of lukewarm water as per the feeding table

• Refer feeding table and add exact number of scoops, leveled off, according to the weight of the infant. Use only the scoop provided. Stir well till the powder dissolves

Feeding Table:

• For infants weighing 1000–1200 g: Add 1 level scoop to 30 ml of lukewarm water. Feed 5–6 times daily.

• For infants weighing 1200–1400 g: Add 1 level scoop to 30 ml of lukewarm water. Feed 6–7 times daily.

• For infants weighing 1400–1600 g: Add 2 level scoops to 60 ml of lukewarm water. Feed 7–8 times daily.

• For infants weighing 1600–1800 g: Add 2 level scoops to 60 ml of lukewarm water. Feed 4–5 times daily.

• For infants weighing 1800–2000 g: Add 2 level scoops to 60 ml of lukewarm water. Feed 4–5 times daily.

• For infants weighing 2200–2400 g: Add 2 level scoops to 60 ml of lukewarm water. Feed 5–6 times daily.

• Approximate quantity per level scoop: 5.2 g

Storage:

• Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight

• Close the tin tightly after every use

• After opening this pack, consume the contents within 3 weeks or the expiry date, whichever is earlier

• Do not use if inner aluminium seal is broken or missing
