No. Xolair 150mg Injection is not a rescue medicine. It does not treat sudden asthma attacks, status asthmaticus, or emergency allergic reactions like anaphylaxis. You will still need a rescue inhaler or other crucial medicines for emergencies.

People should not receive Xolair 150mg Injection if they are allergic to omalizumab or any ingredient in the medicine. Severe allergic reactions can occur, even after long-term use.
