Supral Plus Tablet is used to treat depression in bipolar disorder (bipolar depression) and treatment-resistant depression (when other antidepressants haven’t worked). It combines an antidepressant (fluoxetine) and an antipsychotic (olanzapine) to help improve mood, sleep, appetite, and energy.
