Lidocaine + Choline Salicylate + Menthol is a combination of three medicines: Lidocaine + Choline Salicylate + Menthol1, Lidocaine + Choline Salicylate + Menthol2 and Lidocaine + Choline Salicylate + Menthol3. Lidocaine + Choline Salicylate + Menthol1 is a local anesthetic. It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain which decreases sensation of pain. Lidocaine + Choline Salicylate + Menthol2 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) which cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
