Roxal-G Tablet is used to treat cough with thick mucus (phlegm). Ambroxol in Roxal-G Tablet makes mucus thinner and easier to cough up, while guaifenesin in Roxal-G Tablet helps clear mucus from your chest.

You should avoid taking Roxal-G Tablet if you have allergies to ambroxol or guaifenesin, severe heart disease, peptic ulcers, severe kidney problems, or a history of kidney stones. It should also not be used in infants under 6 months without a doctor’s advice.
