Ranozex Tablet ER may also cause kidney failure in patients who already have kidney problems. Therefore, your doctor may need to do tests to check how your kidneys are working.

Dark urine while taking Ranozex Tablet ER is not a common side effect, but it can sometimes happen. Monitor for other symptoms like yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), severe fatigue, nausea, or unusual muscle pain. Consult your doctor as soon as possible to rule out any liver- or kidney-related issues. Check if you’re taking other medications that could cause urine discoloration, such as vitamins, antibiotics, or certain foods like beets.

An excess of Ranozex Tablet ER can cause nausea, vomiting, lightheadedness, double vision, tiredness, severe tremor, confusion, hallucinations, difficulty in speaking and walking, and you can even faint. If you have taken an excess of Ranozex Tablet ER by mistake, call your doctor right away or seek emergency medical care in a nearby hospital.

Yes, it is safe to take the Ranozex Tablet ER and metoprolol together. Ranozex Tablet ER has minimal effect on blood pressure in patients with angina.

If you are taking metformin along with Ranozex Tablet ER, you have to be careful since Ranozex Tablet ER may increase the levels of metformin in the body, which can lead to metformin toxicity. Talk to your doctor, who will modify the dose of metformin.

It is recommended not to take simvastatin and Ranozex Tablet ER together because it may cause simvastatin toxicity, which may lead to symptoms like muscle weakness and soreness, fatigue, decreased urination, etc. Let your doctor know that you are already taking simvastatin. If it is still necessary to take it, then take it exactly as advised by the doctor.
