Ofloxacin + Lactobacillus is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin + Lactobacillus1 and Ofloxacin + Lactobacillus2. Ofloxacin + Lactobacillus1 is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves.
