How Oronac RB Products work
Diclofenac + Rabeprazole is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac + Rabeprazole1 and Diclofenac + Rabeprazole2 which relieve pain. Diclofenac + Rabeprazole1 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Diclofenac + Rabeprazole2 is a proton-pump inhibitor which prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac + Rabeprazole1.

Do not use Oronac RB Tablet if you are allergic to diclofenac or rabeprazole. People who have experienced allergic reactions (such as asthma, angioedema, or hives) to painkillers should also avoid it. Although rare, serious side effects of Oronac RB Tablet may include black or bloody stools, severe stomach pain, vomiting blood (signs of gastrointestinal bleeding), severe allergic reactions (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing), and signs of liver or kidney problems (yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, extreme fatigue).
