Long-term use may increase the risk of bone fractures, vitamin B12 deficiency, magnesium imbalance, or fundic gland polyps. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.

Some medicines can interact with Ompep 20mg Capsule. Do not take it with rilpivirine-containing medicines. Avoid combining it with St. John’s Wort or rifampin, as these can reduce its effectiveness.
