Olanate Plus Tablet is used to treat depression in bipolar disorder (bipolar depression) and treatment-resistant depression (when other antidepressants haven’t worked). It combines an antidepressant (fluoxetine) and an antipsychotic (olanzapine) to help improve mood, sleep, appetite, and energy.

Olanate Plus Tablet is not approved for children under 10 years of age and should be avoided in elderly people with dementia, as it increases the risk of death and stroke in such patients.
