The initial metabolite of Myorelex 500mg Injection produces a transient negative chronotropic effect through its stimulation of sinus node muscarinic receptors. Repeated dosing or infusions of Myorelex 500mg Injection may lead to bradycardia that is appropriately treated with atropine
