Yes. Melflam 7.5mg Tablet may increase the risk of serious heart-related issues, including heart attack and stroke, which can occur without warning and may be fatal. This risk may begin early in treatment and can rise with prolonged use or higher doses, especially in individuals with existing heart disease.

Melflam 7.5mg Tablet can cause serious gastrointestinal problems, such as bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, which may occur without warning. Individuals with a history of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, older age, alcohol use, smoking, or those taking certain medications are at increased risk.

Do not take Melflam 7.5mg Tablet if you have had allergic reactions to meloxicam or other NSAIDs, have aspirin-sensitive asthma, have experienced severe allergic skin reactions to similar medications, or are undergoing coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.

Yes. Melflam 7.5mg Tablet may cause new or worsening high blood pressure. If you are already taking medication for high blood pressure, Melflam 7.5mg Tablet may reduce its effectiveness. Regular monitoring is recommended.

Melflam 7.5mg Tablet may cause kidney problems, particularly in individuals who are dehydrated, elderly, have kidney or liver disease, heart failure, or are taking certain other medications. Your doctor may monitor kidney function during treatment.

Yes. Although rare, Melflam 7.5mg Tablet can lead to serious liver issues. Symptoms may include nausea, fatigue, itching, yellowing of the skin or eyes, pain in the upper right abdomen, or flu-like symptoms. Seek medical attention immediately if these occur.
