Q. What is Lona 1mg Tablet used for?

Lona 1mg Tablet is prescribed to help control certain seizure disorders, including absence seizures, myoclonic seizures, and Lennox–Gastaut syndrome. It is also used in adults to manage panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia. The medicine calms excessive electrical activity in the brain, which helps reduce seizures and panic attacks.

Q. Does Lona 1mg Tablet make you sleepy? If yes, can I drive?

Yes. Drowsiness, sleepiness, dizziness, and slowed coordination are among the most common effects of this medicine. It can also affect concentration and memory, and these effects may continue the following day. You should not drive, operate machinery, or do tasks requiring alertness until you know exactly how the medicine affects you. If persistent sedation occurs, consult your doctor.

Q. Is Lona 1mg Tablet a sleeping pill?
