Lidocaine + Clotrimazole + Beclometasone + Ofloxacin is a combination of four medicines: Lidocaine + Clotrimazole + Beclometasone + Ofloxacin1, Lidocaine + Clotrimazole + Beclometasone + Ofloxacin2, Lidocaine + Clotrimazole + Beclometasone + Ofloxacin3 and Lidocaine + Clotrimazole + Beclometasone + Ofloxacin4. Lidocaine + Clotrimazole + Beclometasone + Ofloxacin1 is a local anesthetic which works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain to decrease pain sensationin the ear. Lidocaine + Clotrimazole + Beclometasone + Ofloxacin2 is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Lidocaine + Clotrimazole + Beclometasone + Ofloxacin4 is an antibiotic that prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing. This treats your ear infection. Lidocaine + Clotrimazole + Beclometasone + Ofloxacin3 is a steroid. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the ear red, swollen and itchy.
