For adults and children 12 years or older: first clean and completely dry the affected area where you will apply the patch. Open the pouch and remove one patch, being careful not to touch the adhesive side. Apply a single patch firmly to the affected area, pressing down for 10 to 15 seconds to ensure it sticks properly. You may use up to 3 to 4 patches per day, but never exceed this amount. Each patch should be removed after no more than 8 hours of wear. Remember to wash your hands both before and after handling the patches, and avoid applying them to broken or irritated skin. Rotate application sites to minimize potential skin irritation.
