They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Aceclofenac + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen + Serratiopeptidase3 is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.
