Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone1 is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone2 is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.
