Ofloxacin + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole is a combination of three medicines: Ofloxacin + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole1, Ofloxacin + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole2 and Ofloxacin + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole3 which treat ear infections. Ofloxacin + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole1 is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Ofloxacin + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole2 is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the ear red, swollen and itchy. Ofloxacin + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole3 is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering.

Your doctor has prescribed Ecoset to cure your infection and improve symptoms.
Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
Do not touch the tip to any surface, or to your ear, to avoid contamination.
Talk to your doctor if your symptoms haven't started to improve within two days of starting treatment, if they get worse during treatment or if you get another ear infection.
Make sure to use it within 4 weeks of opening the medication.
