Donepezil + Memantine is a combination of two medicines: Donepezil + Memantine1 and Donepezil + Memantine2 which treat Alzheimer’s disease. Donepezil + Memantine1 is a cholinesterase inhibitor while Donepezil + Memantine2 is an NMDA inhibitor. Together, they balance the levels of chemical messengers in the brain and help in the transmission of nerve signals.
