Side Effects of Coffar-M are Dryness in mouth, Headache, Fatigue, Sleepiness, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Abdominal pain, Constipation, Otitis media (infection of ear), Influenza.

Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Montelukast is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Montelukast1, Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Montelukast2 and Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Montelukast3. Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Montelukast1 is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Montelukast2 is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Montelukast3 is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways and nose and improves your symptoms.
