Side Effects of Atpure-SA are Headache, Nausea, Tiredness, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Palpitations, Slow heart rate, Abnormal dreams, Swelling of legs, Cold extremities, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Constipation, Ankle swelling, Edema (swelling).

How Atpure-SA Products work

S-Amlodipine + Atenolol is a combination of two medicines: S-Amlodipine + Atenolol1 and S-Amlodipine + Atenolol2 which lower blood pressure effectively. S-Amlodipine + Atenolol1 is a calcium channel blocker which works by relaxing blood vessels while S-Amlodipine + Atenolol2 is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. Together, they make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
