How Aight SP Products work
Artesunate + Sulphadoxine + Pyrimethamine is a combination of three medicines: Artesunate + Sulphadoxine + Pyrimethamine1, Artesunate + Sulphadoxine + Pyrimethamine2 and Artesunate + Sulphadoxine + Pyrimethamine3 which treat malaria. Artesunate + Sulphadoxine + Pyrimethamine1 and Artesunate + Sulphadoxine + Pyrimethamine3 are antiparasitic medicines which work by increasing the levels of haeme in the blood, a substance toxic to the malarial parasite. This kills the parasite and stops the infection from spreading. Artesunate + Sulphadoxine + Pyrimethamine2 is an antibiotic which stops the bacteria from producing folic acid, a nutrient required for bacterial multiplication.

Q. How fast should I expect to feel better after starting Aight SP Kit?
The exact time Aight SP Kit takes to work is not known. However, fever and weakness often begin improving within 1 to 3 days of use, while full recovery can take longer. Your doctor may check you again after a few weeks to confirm the infection has cleared.

Q. Can Aight SP Kit be taken with other anti‑malarials or fever reducers?
Your doctor will choose the safe medicines along with Aight SP Kit. Do not add other anti‑malarials on your own. Simple fever reducers like paracetamol may be used as advised while the Aight SP Kit treatment works.

For severe malaria, doctors may start injections in the hospital and then complete therapy with Aight SP Kit at home to fully clear parasites and reduce relapse risk.
