Acebrophylline + Desloratadine + Montelukast1 is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Acebrophylline + Desloratadine + Montelukast3 is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger.
