What is PulmoCORE 12 Gene in Nagpur?
pulmoCORE 12 gene is a group of tests that identifies genetic changes (mutations) in 12 different genes associated with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). This panel includes testing of all the relevant genes that are most frequently altered NSCLC including ALK, BRAF, EGFR, ERGG2, KRAS, MAP2K1, MET, NRAS, PIK3CA, RET, ROS1 and TP53. This panel provides important information that can guide treatment decisions in NSCLC patients and helps in identifying patients who may benefit from treatment with medicines including Crizotininb, Ceritinib, Alectinib, etc.
