The NGS 161 Gene OCAV3 Assay (DNA mutations, CNVs, RNA Fusions) is a targeted, next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay that enables the detection of relevant SNVs, CNVs, gene fusions, and indels from 161 unique genes to help inform drug discovery research and clinical trial research programs. Clinical Indication: For the Solid Tumors (Lung, Breast, Ovarian, Prostate, Thyroid, Melanoma, Thymus ,Uterine, Glioma, Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor, Bladder, Pancreatic).
