  1. If you have high risk factors for heart disease like age, family history of heart disease, smoking, high cholesterol, etc. (or males over the age of 50 and women over the age of 60 years)


What Results of High Sensitive CRP mean?


The test evaluates your risk for heart diseases:

  • For low risk patients, the score is less than 1.0 mg/L (milligram per liter)
  • For average risk patients, the score is between 1.0 and 3.0 mg/L
  • For high risk patients, the score is above 3.0 mg/L
