इस दवा की खुराक और अनुपान की अवधि के लिए अपने डॉक्टर से सलाह लें. इस्तेमाल करने के पहले लेवल की जांच कर लें. इसे मापने वाले कप से मापें और फिर पिएं. इस्तेमाल करने के पहले अच्छी तरह से हिलायें. Respy-TR Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Respy-TR Syrup is a combination of five medicines: Diphenhydramine, Ammonium Chloride, Terpin Hydrate, Sodium Citrate, and Menthol. Sodium citrate is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. मेन्थोल त्वचा पर ठंडक का एहसास कराता है. Menthol dilates the blood vessels causing a sensation of coldness, followed by an analgesic effect. Menthol also acts as a penetration enhancer, increasing the penetration of drugs when applied on the skin, to give a faster onset of action.
