Nimesulide + Paracetamol + Magnesium Trisilicate is a combination of two pain relievers (Nimesulide , Paracetamol) and an antacid ( Magnesium Trisilicate). The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (swelling). The antacid neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach and reduces side effects of the pain relievers.
