Hyoscyamine + Paracetamol is a combination of two medicines: hyoscyamine and paracetamol which relieve abdominal pain. Hyoscyamine is an anti-muscarinic which works by decreasing the gastric secretion such as mucus and acids to relax the gut muscles. By doing this, it relieves abdominal cramps and pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
