How Hydrocortisone + Minoxidil + Tretinoin works
Hydrocortisone + Minoxidil + Tretinoin is a combination of three medicines: Hydrocortisone , Minoxidil and Tretinoin which treat hair loss. Hydrocortisone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the scalp red, swollen and itchy. Minoxidil is a vasodilator, meaning it widens the blood vessels and provides better blood flow to the hair follicles. This prevents hair loss and stimulates re-growth. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A. It works by promoting the growth of hair follicles and additionally enhances the absorption of Minoxidil from the scalp.

It should only be applied directly to the scalp. If the medicine accidentally comes in contact with your eyes, nose or mouth, flush the area thoroughly with cool tap water.
Wash your hands properly before and after application.
Do not shampoo your hair or use a hairdryer for 4 hours after applying Hydrocortisone + Minoxidil + Tretinoin as it can reduce the effectiveness of the medicine.
During the first 2 weeks of application, your hair fall may increase. This is normal and is a sign that medicine is working.
Take care that Hydrocortisone + Minoxidil + Tretinoin does not trickle down onto your face as it may cause undesirable facial hair growth.
Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects.
