Halobetasol (topical) + Salicylic Acid is a combination of two medicines: Halobetasol (topical) and Salicylic Acid which treat eczema and psoriasis. Halobetasol (topical) is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
