Tiropramide is used in the treatment of abdominal pain.

How Tiropramide works

Tiropramide is an anticholinergic medication. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
