Notify your doctor about other medicines (eg. sildenafil, tadalafil or vardenafil) that you are taking as Oncid 20 mg Capsule may interact with them and cause a serious fall in blood pressure. This may lead to collapse, unconsciousness and could be fatal.

Oncid 20 mg Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Oncid 20 mg Capsule is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Oncid 20 mg Capsule is recommended. However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.

If you miss a dose of Oncid 20 mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Oncid does not cause erectile dysfunction but should not be used with the drugs such as Viagra used to treat ED. Low blood pressure is a common side effect of Oncid. Hair loss is not common, but may occur in some especially in older (60+) females
