Saridon tablets are over-the-counter (OTC) pain relievers. It can reduce multiple types of pain, including headaches, body aches, muscle pain, menstrual cramps, and toothaches. It can also be used in cases of mild to moderate fever.
Take the tablet after eating to avoid an upset stomach. The usual dose for adults and children (12 years old and above) is one tablet every 4 to 6 hours. A maximum of 3 tablets per day can be consumed if needed. But do not take more than the recommended amount.
Use Saridon only for the suggested time unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Taking too much can lead to side effects. If your pain or fever does not get better after a few days, gets worse, or you need to keep taking the tablets, talk to a doctor. You might need a check-up to find out what is causing the problem.
When used correctly, Saridon is usually safe. The side effects of this medicine are usually mild. These include nausea, indigestion, or stomach discomfort. Children under 12 years of age should avoid its use. Do not use if you have an allergy to any of its components. Additionally, do not take alcohol with this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have problems related to the liver, kidneys, or blood. Also, if you are taking drugs for epilepsy, antibiotics (such as rifampicin), or painkillers, your doctor should know about them.

What is the recommended dosage for Saridon Head & Body Tablet?
One tablet should be taken every 4 to 6 hours. This medicine should not be used continuously for more than 5 days for pain or 3 days for fever without consulting a doctor.
What if you miss a dose?
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one. Just take the next dose at the regular time. Do not double the dose.
What if you take an overdose?
Taking more than the recommended maximum daily amount of paracetamol (4000 mg) can result in severe damage to the liver. In individuals with liver disease or those who consume alcohol regularly, even lower doses of paracetamol may increase the risk of liver damage. Also, allergic reactions such as swelling of the face, mouth, and throat; difficulty breathing; itching; or a rash may occur in case of an overdose.

- Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet unless directed.
