Size Determination: Choose a size based on your shoe size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one. Specify left or right

Directions For Use:
Unfasten all hook-and-loop fasteners of the product. Confirm the top/bottom, inside/outside, and front/back of the product
Position your ankle at the right angle, open the rear entry of the product and slide your foot into the opening from the back

Attach the original guards to the main body of the product
Wrap the guard straps
Ensure the product fits securely. If you feel any discomfort, repeat the steps from the beginning to reattach the product
