I had one tablet before consuming a small cup of hot chocolate and my stomach was fine usually I get cramps and bloating). I think what a lot of people dont understand is that this tablet is only 4500 FCC which is fine if your having unto 120 ML of milk so definitely a large cup of chai or small cup of coffee is fine). Of your having a large latte then you need to take 9000 FCC. Under lab conditions 1000 FCC of lactate enzyme can break down approx 5 grams of lactose. But in real life in our digestive system because of stomach acids , etc 1000 FCC can only break down 1.4 grams to 2.5 grams of lactose. A 250 ml glass of milk has 12-13 grams of lactose. So now you do the math and dose yourself accordingly

One pill works One pill doesn’t. Not every tablet has 4500 FCC. It should be equally proportionated. This is very negative for an old brand like Yamoo. Maybe some tablet has more some has less Please work on this overall its a nice product but very low on benchmark.

Don't work much For those very much sensitive to lactose, its not the best option Better try lactate free milk. Also they might cause gut ache if used unnecessary or in excess
