Directions For Use:

• Take 2-4 capsules with 300-500 gm of curd/butter milk (lassi*) only on an empty stomach only in the morning

• Take 11 capsule at night with water

• Only sugar can be added to the curd/ buttermilk

• No salt or jeera

• Dont eat anything for at least 1-2 hours after taking medicine

• Take it as directed by a physician

• Lassi*:- is made by grinding curd without water

• Chaas*:- is half water and half curd mixed together with salt and species
