Directions For Use:
Take 2-4 capsules with 300-500 gm of curd/butter milk (lassi*) only on an empty stomach only in the morning
Take 11 capsule at night with water
Only sugar can be added to the curd/ buttermilk
No salt or jeera
Dont eat anything for at least 1-2 hours after taking medicine
