Vanalaya Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother is naturally fermented from the juice of organically grown apple from the orchid of Himalayan apple trees in the pristine valley of Himachal Pradesh.

This vinegar is unfiltered and unpasteurized to preserve the presence of the “MOTHER”. The Mother is the brownish sediment at the bottom that gives the vinegar a cloudy or web-like appearance when the bottle is shaken.
