Given its odd shape, I felt it would be uncomfortable But after seeing some video on its benefits I decided to use it. I gave my body a weeks time to adjust to the new pillow. At first it felt weird for 10 minutes but I fell asleep anyway After just 2 days of usage my shoulder pain and the heaviness melted away I have never felt better I even got one more for my spouse Both of us are happy with the purchase.
