Tendocare tablet is an over-the-counter (OTC) nutritional supplement that supports tendon health and joint function. It contains type I collagen peptides for tendon repair, sodium hyaluronate for joint lubrication, and vitamin C to support collagen formation and provide antioxidant protection.
