• To wear labia pad with cloth pad / period underwear: Fold it half lengthwise to avoid side leaks

• To wear a labia pad with a menstrual cup: Fold it in a cylindrical roll (as shown in the images) to avoid leaks when the cup overflows

• Changing labia pads frequently helps you wear the same cloth pad/period panty for a longer period of time

Directions For Use:
Place the pad between the labia (lips or folds of skin at the vaginal opening) to catch the menstrual flow much closer to the vagina to avoid messy leaks during heavy flow/ flow with clots.

Wash Care:

• We recommend soaking them in water for 5-6 hours

• Change the water every 2 hours, this will ensure all the blood comes out

• Post this, you can hand or machine wash the pads. If only hand washed, the cloth pads will last much longer

• It is best to be dried under the sun

• Do not use any fabric softeners as they may damage the PUL layer

• These pads are only recommended for those with a sudden heavy gushy flow or flow with clots

• Pads must be changed every 4-5 hours
