Directions for Use:

• Clean the scoop before use. Wash hands thoroughly before preparation

• To prepare 1 serving, add 3 level scoops (37.5 gm) of the powder into 200 ml of warm previously boiled water/cow’s milk

• Stir well before drinking and consume immediately after preparation

• Once the foil pouch has been opened, contents should be used within 3 weeks

• Do not empty the content of foil into the container and continue to use powder from the foil pouch
