It is designed for infants who require a lactose-free feeding option and contains soy protein isolate, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, nucleotides, taurine, choline, and other essential nutrients that contribute to balanced infant nutrition. The formulation also contains DHA and ARA along with a dual carbohydrate blend and is developed to provide nutritional support for infants with lactose intolerance, galactosaemia, or specific feeding requirements as advised by a healthcare professional.

Dosage:Approximate age of baby - Warm (previously boiled water, ml) - Number of level scoops - Number of serving per 24 hours
- Birth to 2 weeks - 60 ml - 1 N - 8 to 10 servings
- 2 weeks to 2 months - 120 ml - 2 N - 6 to 7 servings
- 2 months to 6 months - 180 ml - 3 N - 5 to 6 servings
- 6 months and above - 180 ml - 3 N - 4 to 5 servings
Directions for Use:- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the feed. Clean and sterilise all utensils according to the manufacturer's instructions
- After rinsing soap from the utensils, boil them for five minutes
- In a separate pan, boil water to a rolling boil for 5 minutes and allow it to cool
- Pour the exact amount of warm, previously boiled water into the sterilised feeding bottle
- Add one scoop of Similac powder to each 60 ml of water in the bottle
- Mix until completely dissolved
- Test temperature and feed immediately. Discard unused formula
- DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE: Use as directed by your physician
- Use water that has previously been boiled at a full rolling boil for 5 minutes
- Allow the water to cool and follow mixing instructions carefully
- Repeated use of improperly prepared formula could cause illness
- Use only the scoop enclosed in this tin to measure Similac Isomil
- If you prepare more than one feeding it must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours
- Once feeding begins, use within one hour or discard
Storage:- The contents of this can will dry appropriately if the can is closed when not in use or stored
- Store in a cool and dry place in an air-conditioned place (not refrigerated)
- Store unopened tin under normal room conditions
- Once the container should be used within three weeks or within expiry date whichever is earlier
- NOTE: Prepared formula may also be held for one hour, or mixed with water or other milk

- If the infant is lactose intolerant, this lactose-free infant milk substitute should be used in case of diarrhoea due to symptoms of intolerance
